The Bridge Leadership Engagement launched

The Bridge Leadership Engagement is an initiative of Heartlines in collaboration with GIBS Centre for Leadership & Dialogue and the Ahmed Kathrada Foundation.

It aims to build better relationships between leaders of a “system” i.e. a sector, institution or body that were it to function optimally, would contribute to social and economic justice in South Africa.

We believe that we are uniquely placed to improve the functioning of systems through designing and facilitating processes that will encourage dialogue and engagement amongst leaders. Through these processes, we would aim to both improve levels of respect, understanding and trust amongst leaders and to lead to at least one breakthrough that result in better systems functioning and performance.
