Mobilising indigenous resources for anthropologically designed HIV-prevention and behaviour-change interventions in Southern Africa

This study discusses how indigenous resources were mobilised to design HIV-prevention and behaviour-change interventions in Southern Africa. The findings emphasise the importance of incorporating local knowledge and cultural practices in behaviour change efforts, leading to more effective health interventions. This approach offers a model for culturally sensitive behaviour change programmes.
