As we travelled around South Africa preparing church leaders, medicine it became very obvious that the campaign on Values & Money was coming at just the right time. Church leaders spoke of the challenges they faced in their congregations: debt; materialism; corruption; a lack of know how when it came to money issues, to name a few. Church leaders have shown a deep gratitude for the campaign and the available resources to help them address these subjects. They feel better equipped to help their own people as well as those in their communities. “This is just what we need” was a common response.
As the campaign gets into top gear early next year we are praying and believing that God will use the showing of the film on TV, the TV & radio talk shows, the newspaper & magazine articles, the Bible studies and sermons, as well as the roll out of the campaign into business and schools, to impact our nation for good and for God.
