While millions of South Africans live below the poverty line, face permanent unemployment and go to bed hungry every night, the scourge of corruption is growing daily, with some economists estimating the cost to the South African public at between R50 – R80 billion per annum. Corruption threatens South Africa’s stability and future.
Unite Against Corruption is mobilising thousands of South Africans to march together and speak out against corruption on 30 September 2015.
Heartlines, the centre for values promotion, is a proud partner of Unite Against Corruption and the march against corruption. More especially, we believe in marching in favour of the values of integrity, honesty, accountability and unity. Read the blog by Heartlines CEO, Dr Garth Japhet.
